JEANS rose to prominence in The Hague’s hardcore and jungle music scene, where he developed a deep passion for raw 90s hip-hop, Memphis rap, dub, and Raggamuffin. Although he later ventured into genres like tekno, techno, breakbeat, goa, and trance, for which he is now better known, his sets stay true to his roots.
